Instant Tan Matte - £6.99
This instant tanner comes in gel form and supposedly does what it says on the tin, it is meant to give you an instant, tanned glow that lasts up to 24 hours. My shade, light, is meant to create a 'natural sun kissed look' which is just what I need! On the tube, it also says that the tanner is water and transfer resistant, yet can be washed off "easily" with soap and water. This tanner would be perfect for me for a night out, so I'll use it for a day or evening out and write a review afterwards! I must say, I'm a little sceptical with it being 'water resistant' when it says it can be washed off with soap and water. I do think the 'quick tan' is a good idea though, as I always want a nice glow when I go out but don't want all the hassle!
The tube says that the tan can be used on the body and face, however is does say that the tanner doesn't contain any sunscreen, so be sure to use your everyday SPF as well!
Self Tan Mousse - £7.99
Rimmel claim that this self tanner is a 'lightweight velvety mousse that develops in an hour and lasts up to 7 days', the bottle also says that the tan is meant to dry within 2 minutes and leaves you feeling comfortable and moisturised with no residue. It also says that the tan is transfer resistant and doesn't stain clothes, but can be removed with soap and water. On picking up the bottle, the tanner feels quite watery but the instructions do say to shake it well before use so I'm not sure if the consistency will change at all after that.
Like the instant tanner, Rimmel warns that this mousse doesn't contain any SPF and also advises you to exfoliate before use
Self Tan Lotion with Chia OIl
I actually couldn't find the price for this product, so it may be super duper new! I actually love the idea of a tanning moisturiser and this one promises to give an "all year round tan". The tube doesn't say a whole lot about this moisturiser, but it does say that it is transfer and water resistant and has a 'refreshing scent' (I can confirm that it smells beautiful). I can't wait to try this one out!
So, there are my little goodies courtesy of Influenster! I'll be reviewing these bit by bit, whenever I need to use one of them - I think the moisturiser will be the first thing I'll review as it's so easy to use, so watch this space! As always, thank you for reading.
